Ottima posizione a due passi dalla via principale della zona, con negozi e ottimi ristoranti e bar.
Buona insonorizzazione delle finestre, condizionatore (io avevo camera singola), cucina comune ben fornita per colazione, frigo con succhi di frutta. Bagno confortevole e pulito.
Il mercoledi e il sabato è un pò difficile trovare parcheggio nella via di fronte perchè nelle adiacenze della struttura c'è un mercato, ma è fino alle 13.30. Negli altri giorni c'è buona disponibilità di parcheggi gratuiti (a strisce bianche) nelle due vie perpendicolari alla struttura.

The host was very kind and accommodating. The guesthouse was clean and came with air conditioning. Overall, it was a really nice stay!
The location was not that from the city centre, nothing major, just a 20 min bus ride away. And I’m thinking it’s close to a bar/nightclub from some rowdy people on the streets, nothing dangerous, just drunk people forgetting it’s 3 in the morning.

Difficile de trouver à garer sa voiture dans la rue, impossible deux jours par semaine à cause d'un marché.
Le propriétaire qui habite l'étage en dessous ne parle que l'italien.
Petit déjeuner de produits sous cellophane. Pas de pain frais (des biscottes), pas de lait, pas de beurre. Capsules de café et mini briques de jus de fruits.
Salle de bain privative, en dehors de la chambre. Il faut traverser la salle et un couloir sous vidéo-surveillance.
