It was nice and comfy, and it felt quite safe even though it’s downtown. And also, because it was downtown, it was very close to everything. Great location! The facility was nice, clean and quiet. Well organized too.
It would have been nice to have a communal microwave/kettle to make hot water.

Great location a short walk from the Te Pae Convention Centre for my conference at a great price with adequate facilities
The loud carpark outside of my window but it wasn't too bad and I mostly went back to sleep after a truck noisily parked.

Good location, close to the bus stop, it was clean, nice big kitchen and it had a cool lounge area.
