Located in a perfect spot, close to city centre, stores, restaurants, near botanic gardens and parks.
Our floor was inundated of fish smell from other guests who cooked in the kitchen.

price was ok for 3 adults for 1 night. room was very basic, glad we had our own bathroom, was clean and tidy.
very basic room, not much room to get around. We had to pay $25 for parking which didnt impress us at all.

The location and staff were very friendly.
I was a bit shocked that the hotel presents the duvets without any covers on them. I have worked in housekeeping and I know that they are not washed for every customer and it’s a bit crazy that the hotel don’t use covers. There were stains on ours.
