Beautiful interiors and nicely decorated room. It was a hot summer weekend and as advertised, there was strong air conditioning in the room! Blessed. The breakfast buffet had a nice variety of food. Staff was welcoming and there was even a free welcome drink (possible without alcohol) and snooker table to use. It is so conveniently located next to the train station.
I think the food quality can be improved, such as the cooking of the eggs or some cakes I tried. In general though I was satisfied with the breakfast offer.

Very nice hotel in great location. Staff was very friendly. Restaurant on premises serves really good food. There’s also a pizzeria attached to the hotel. If you are a gin lover, definitely try their signature Pytloun cocktail.

Our stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful and truly unforgettable. We chose it for a romantic getaway, and it exceeded all our expectations from the very beginning.
As a hotelier myself, I naturally pay close attention to details, and I was truly impressed by the high standard maintained throughout the stay.
Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a beautiful designer room. We were also welcomed with a drink, which set the perfect tone for our stay. The room itself was stunning—tastefully decorated with roses and candles, creating an incredibly romantic atmosphere.
One of the highlights was the in-room bath with hydromassage, which made our experience even more relaxing and luxurious. Every detail seemed carefully thought out to ensure comfort and enjoyment.
The staff throughout our stay were exceptionally kind, attentive, and professional, always ready to help with a smile. As a lovely finishing touch, we even received a thoughtful gift from the hotel manager at the end of our stay, which made us feel truly appreciated.
Another highlight worth mentioning is the breakfast—it was absolutely fantastic. There was a great variety of fresh, high-quality options, and everything was delicious. It was the perfect way to start each day.
We had an amazing time and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a romantic and memorable escape.
Overall, our stay was very enjoyable, though there were a couple of minor issues worth mentioning.
The minor downside was the noise insulation in the room, which could be improved, as some external sounds were significantly noticeable at times.
It was quite difficult to book a massage, as availability was limited and the process felt a bit inconvenient. Additionally, during one of our visits to the restaurant, we did not receive exactly what we had ordered, which was a bit disappointing.
However, the staff handled the situation professionally and offered us a 20% discount, which we really appreciated and felt was a fair gesture to make up for the inconvenience.
Despite these small setbacks, everything else about our stay was very good, and we still had a pleasant and memorable experience.

Central location, parking available, historic hotel with nice interior, very good breakfast
although the theme rooms are very nice and still appear modern, signs of wear were clearly visible and damage was only superficially repaired; the minibar was not refilled during our 4 days stay; the personal in the restaurant was unfriendly und the dishes dirty, we ordered pizza that was finally served after more than one hour after we asked for it, unfortunately it was cold (they probably forgot it somewhere), so we had to return it and left the restaurant without dinner
