The breakfast buffet was excellent and offered a wide range of choices to suit all tastes. The breakfast area is well appointed and, in summer, gives guests the option of sitting outside on the terrace. The bedrooms and beds were very comfortable and the amenities were fine. The reception staff were all extremely attentive and friendly and as guests in the hotel we felt very much at ease. The hotel is situated in a quiet area of Liberec, near to a small set of parks and close to parts of Liberec Castle. It also happens to be extremely close to the very centre of the city, though one wouldn't know this as far as any traffic or other noise is concerned. It is situated only a couple of minutes away from one of Liberec's shopping centres and a little bit further from the main square and the impressive Town Hall. We spent one Sunday wandering through charming parts of Liberec, just behind some of the principal buildings, that you wouldn't otherwise know were there. The hotel is located within walking distance from the municipal art gallery, the technical museum and the zoo, all of which are well worth a visit. The walk will take you past many of the beautiful and well preserved 19th-century villas that grace certain parts of the city. The hotel is dog friendly. Parking is available at a moderate cost.

The breakfast at the hotel is superb. It is well located, the area is safe, and the staff is polite and quick to address requests.
The gym area has a separate fee, not expensive, though, but for the price paid, I would have thought it was included. This is not a deal breaker either; the hotel is very much recommended.

Te hotel is a city historical mark in the centre of this beautiful town.
They should pay more attention to the details, the bathroom had few problems, our room was very hot, hard to control it. Hallway's lighting very poor, motion sensor response was slow. The elevator was a complete disaster, usually after while we end up on a main floor.
