Riad is very well looked after, with clean and modern facilities, located close to mediana but quiet at the night time, its close to taxi pick up / drop off point. Easy to locate on Google maps. Riad also has a SPA where we had great hammam and relaxing massage. One of rare riads where we have stayed with coffee that didn’t taste bitter. We enjoyed breakfast on the terrace each morning.
Rooms a bit dark but it was not an issue.

The room is wonderful: very spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully illuminated with warm lighting. It offers excellent value for money. The hotel’s location is exceptional, just a few minutes from the main road, where transportation is easily available, and only a short walk from Jemaa el-Fna Square.
I would also like to particularly commend Mohamed for his kindness and outstanding service. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel at home. He is truly an asset to the hotel. The hotel itself is beautiful, and all its spaces feel clean, well maintained, and carefully looked after.
The breakfast was very limited. Eggs were the only source of protein available, and as I do not eat eggs, the remaining selection consisted mainly of bread, yogurt and fruit. The pleasant setting and the kindness of the staff made breakfast more enjoyable, but it is certainly not one of the hotel’s strengths.
We also experienced a recurring problem with water escaping from the shower and flooding the bathroom. This does not change my very positive overall impression of the hotel, but it did make our stay somewhat inconvenient.

The Riad is well located in the central Medina, and the room size was quite good. However, the overall experience didn’t live up to the photos or the rating. The toiletries were unbranded, and there was an unpleasant sewage smell in the room, which affected the comfort of the stay. On a positive note, breakfast was fresh and enjoyable. With some improvements, it could match the expectations set online, but unfortunately, it fell short.
