Riad Kitula

An unforgettable stay thanks to the wonderful people! We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Riad Kitula! Our room was beautiful, spacious and comfortable, with a private bathroom and toilet. The courtyard was equally stunning, filled with beautiful, well-maintained greenery and a lovely swimming pool that was clearly very well looked after. But what truly makes this place special is the people who work there. From our very first evening, we received the warmest welcome. It immediately felt like we were part of one big family. At one point, we even asked whether everyone working there was related, because that is genuinely how it felt. They weren’t, of course, but that says everything about the wonderful atmosphere and genuine hospitality of this place. Everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive and helpful. We never wanted or needed for anything. From delicious Moroccan tea to extra towels by the swimming pool, every little detail was taken care of. You can really feel that the people here genuinely enjoy welcoming their guests and do everything they can to make you feel at home. Thanks to Riad Kitula and the wonderful people who work there, we experienced Marrakech in such a beautiful and authentic way. Their personal attention and warmth made our stay so much more meaningful than just having a lovely place to sleep. We would wholeheartedly recommend Riad Kitula to anyone visiting Marrakech who is looking for more than just beautiful accommodation, but also genuine hospitality and a truly special experience. We will look back on our stay with the biggest smile. Thank you so much for everything!

The most peaceful of places stuck in the heart of the most chaotic of places

Very kind staff, amazing breakfast, great location, we loved the hotel. Thank you so much for your hospitality.

The overall design and spirit of Kitula is wonderfully thought through. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Kitula is very centrally located and a few footsteps away from the souks.

The room did not feel clean (dirty carpets) mold around the bathtub, everything a bit run down. The bathroom had a cupboard which opened up into a private messy wardrobe. The manager did not want to call me a cab because it apparently it was not part of the service. Upon request he organized a lovely man to help me with my luggage to the car, as it is a few hundred metres up to the Main Street, but it felt like I really had to push for it.
