Centrally located near everything in the Medina. The Riad itself is gorgeous, it’s like being in a magazine or a movie, so well designed and aesthetically pleasing. The staff couldn’t be nicer, everything you need, they will do for you. The rooms are comfortable, albeit if you are tall, watch out for some of the lower ceilings (but this is common). Breakfast is delicious and they have a beautiful rooftop to enjoy. And there is a pool to cool off.
Nothing really. The owner of the Riad next door tends to hang around outside the Riad and will ask you to go eat at his place (repeatedly). While a bit annoying, you can always say no and move on. But that is also standard practice in Marrakesh.

Incredibly quiet. All the staff were wonderful but Ayoub made the trip extra special. He was very organised, kind, helpful and friendly. The garden (riad) was beautiful and the proximity to Medina brilliant (less than 5 mins easy walk to main square and souks etc).
Everything good and the rooms spacious and exceptionally quiet but the twin room has a bathroom up stairs and with a low (4ft6ins) doorway and so older or tall guests might want to choose a different room. This is only the case in the twin room. However it was very clean, unbelievably quiet and spacious. Two large king beds and it didn't feel cramped. The great location, quiet rooms, central location and exceptional staff would definitely win out over a low doorway!

The overall design and spirit of Kitula is wonderfully thought through. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Kitula is very centrally located and a few footsteps away from the souks.
The room did not feel clean (dirty carpets) mold around the bathtub, everything a bit run down. The bathroom had a cupboard which opened up into a private messy wardrobe.
The manager did not want to call me a cab because it apparently it was not part of the service. Upon request he organized a lovely man to help me with my luggage to the car, as it is a few hundred metres up to the Main Street, but it felt like I really had to push for it.
