Best hotel experience I’ve had. Staff were so attentive to detail and making me feel welcomed. Facilities were amazing, the onsen was so relaxing and everything was very clean. The room was spacious and comfortable.

Facilities including the private onsen was incredible. Nature view from the room including Japanese maple trees. Comfortable beds.
The hotel policies were unfriendly and the staff were rude. They kicked us out of the hotel lobby right after check out, wouldn't let us sit in the shared lounge for an hour after check out while we waited for our bus. It was raining and we were travelling with an 82 year old woman as part of our group. The staff were rude and unpolite.
Although the facilities were wonderful, we do not think it is worth the money. Unfortunately the hotel staff were unhelpful even regarding where we could dine and there was no one at the reception desk when we arrived with our luggage and had to take them to the room ourselves. Location inconvenient unless you have a car.
