Amazing stay! Private onsens are super! All amenities, complimentary and dinner were great
There was no hand soap at the toilet in my room, a bit weird to walk to the other bathroom just to wash your hands

I had an amazing stay. Tradition meets luxury. The room was spacious and comfortable, I would really recommend getting the japanese style bathroom room with indoor onsen bath. I dipped every morning and every evening, it was so relaxing. The food is amazing and a chance to experience different kinds of real japanese food. The nature around hirayu is amazing. I even walked 10 minutes from the hotel and discovered a waterfall.
