Forest feel. Clean and comfortable room. Pool was clean and towels to borrow. Bar and breakfast/dinner area were nice. Pay by card. Staff friendly and helpful.
Need more information on arrival re services to utilise the facilities to their full.

Quite dark at night, lighting to the restaurant should be better.
Clearly showed buffet breakfast on website, not available, choices therefore not as good

The setting was very nice
Staff seemed to be very uninformed. I was charged for driver accommodation without it being explicitly clear from the start. Driver also wasn’t informed when he checked in. They found him afterwards. Not impressed
