Ac works well and staff (people) is nice
To be honest, some aspects of our stay were really lovely. The yoga teacher, therapist, breakfast staff and housekeeping team were all amazing, very kind and attentive.
However, the arrival experience was quite disappointing. We never heard from the receptionist when we arrived, and nobody came to pick us up even after 15 minutes. The other staff members were very nice and stayed with us while we waited, but the receptionist took a very long time to arrive. I actually had the impression that she came from another hotel, which felt quite strange.
Once she finally gave me the keys, I never heard from her or anyone from the reception again. She told me she would send me some information, including the Wi-Fi code, but she never did. The following day, when we checked out, there was still no reception or front desk to speak to. I simply had to hand the keys over to the housekeeping staff, who were, once again, very nice and helpful.
In fact, I’m not even sure there was really a reception or a proper lobby at the property. The whole experience felt much more like staying in an Airbnb with cleaning and breakfast services than staying in a hotel.
I specifically chose this hotel over several other options in the same price range because it was presented as an Ayurvedic retreat, so I expected the Ayurvedic aspect to be much more integrated into the experience. Unfortunately, almost everything was an additional charge. Even massages with the therapist or simply having a consultation with the doctor came at an extra cost. Although the doctor was very nice, I would honestly rather stay somewhere else and simply pay for a doctor’s appointment separately.
The Wi-Fi also did not work very well, which was quite inconvenient.
The property itself felt a little dated, although I did appreciate that the air conditioning worked very well.
Overall, I’m quite disappointed.

Resort immerso nella natura di Habarana, collegato al resort accanto che fornisce ulteriori servizi (piscina, cena, bar).
Ottimo per soggiorni rilassanti, all'interno delle due strutture si ha un vero e proprio parco naturale tra piante e animali che circolano ovunque (scimmie, pavoni, uccelli di tutte le specie). Consiglio i trattamenti SPA,, le operatrici sono professionali e preparatissime.
La cena nel resort accanto è a buffet e deliziosa.
Colazione abbondante con prodotti tipici.
Stanza molto pulita e arredata in stile tradizionale, il bagno è una vera chicca. Letto comodissimo.
Aggiungerei un piccolo frigobar nella stanza per tenere al fresco l'acqua.
