Luca e Mario sono stati bravissimi anfitrioni. La struttura era super pulita e comoda. Facile di raggiungere e a due passi da i sassi.
La colazione era abbondante, ma compressa fondamentalmente di merendine e cornetti di pacchetto. Mi aspettavo più qualità , già che il resto della esperienza era eccellente.

Everything was perfect! Wow! The host, Mario, was amazing, friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming. Location is perfect..easy to walk to sassi, restaurants, shops, and the bus stop and train station. The room and house were immaculate. So clean, comfortable, and full of everything. Breakfast was arranged every morning in such a lovely way. The bed was so comfortable to sleep in and the external private bathroom was modern and lovely. Honestly, this place was better than any hotel I've stayed in! Highly recommended and I'll return again!

Great location,next to piazza Vittorio Veneto,the start of Sassi area.Our room and its private bathroom were very clean,comfortable and well-equipped.Mario is a super host,he was very kind explaining everything to us and giving suggestions about Matera's sights and food spots.Also,the breakfast he offered was fulfilling!!We 'd definitely choose him again for accommodation!Grazie mille,arrivederci Mario!!
The only thing is that the room is inside Mario's apartment, so the kitchen is shared(we knew that before),but we were lucky enough to be alone only with Mario.It was burying quiet!

The host was extremely nice with top tips where to dine and which places to visit. The apartment was wonderful, clean and quiet. The bed was comfortably firm, linen crisp and clean, and the pillows were good, my neck didn't hurt at all. There was a good and varied selection for breakfast by Italian standards. The location was perfect, only a few meters from the Matera center near the Sassi area. It is also a good, short walking distance from the bus stop at the city center (Aldo Moro), although 2 kms away from Via Luigi Sturzo bus stop.
I didn't like that we did't stay longer. 😊
