El propietario muy agradable y disponible. El piso es muy grande y estaba cerca de la playa y del centro de la ciudad.
La limpieza de la vivienda pésima, ventanas, persianas y cortinas, muy sucias, así como las aspas de los ventiladores y los filtros del aire acondicionado (nos tocó limpiarlos) . La corredera del salón estaba rota y dificultaba la salida al balcón para tender las toallas. La cocina estaba bien equipada, pero muy sucia. Entiendo que si durante el año es un piso de estudiantes a la salida de estos se debe hacer una limpieza exhaustiva de toda la casa para ponerla en alquiler los meses de verano.

El apartamento nos gustó mucho. Muy cómodo y completo. Dormimos muy a gusto. Lo recomiendo y espero repetir. El propietario, muy agradable.
Nos gustó todo, pero solo estuvimos una noche y no nos dió tiempo de disfrutarlo.
