There is a frequent bus (120) stopping right outside the hotel, which takes only 15 minutes into downtown. Staff was very friendly. There are nice areas to hang out as well.
Bed was too soft. The room was not very soundproofed, so the pub crowd downstairs was quite hearable.

The beds were very comfy and free parking
The communal bathroom had broken tiles which was sharp on our feet. Water pooled deep as we stepped out of the shower. The metal trim holding down the flooring surfaces between the hallway and toilet had lifted and my child stubbed his toe. Complimentary shampoo and soap dispensers broken off the wall. TV so tiny you need good eye sight. No UHT milks in room to make a cuppa.
