The hostel was in a great location, local buses and trains close by. The rooftop was beautiful. It was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful!

I had a really nice stay here! The hostel has a super chill and relaxed atmosphere, which made it really easy to feel comfortable and meet other people. The rooftop was definitely one of my favourite parts — such a nice place to hang out, relax, and enjoy the view.
The staff were friendly and welcoming, and overall the vibe was great. I’d definitely recommend this hostel to anyone looking for a laid-back place with a good atmosphere. I’d happily stay here again!

Location, friendly staff
No protocol whatsoever in the situations when customers health is in danger because of other people being very very sick.
There was a girl in my room seriously sick, she was coughing for entire night putting in danger everyone else’s health. At night was no one at the reception to ask to isolate her, or put myself in another room. I texted immediately through booking messages if there is a way to deal with the situation . Was replied only in the morning with simple sorry and excuses. No money refund for sleepless night and dangerous for my health situation. No solution. The last thing someone wants is to get sick while travelling.
I understand that hostel involves many people in the room but you can’t just welcome everyone who is sick, viral, or clearly disturbs rest and puts into danger other people.
You should have some protocol in place for these kind of situations.
Also bathrooms were not cleaned in ladies room since my arrival. Sink was broken. So not possible to even wash hands if another bathroom was locked. Dirty rug on the floor all wet.
