La ubicación es excelente: hay farmacia, market y todo lo necesario muy cerca. La estación Central del metro está a una cuadra, lo que facilita muchísimo moverse por la ciudad.
En general, el mantenimiento y la limpieza son buenos.
Como punto a mejorar, algunas áreas —especialmente la cocina— podrían recibir un poco más de mantenimiento. También sería útil ofrecer limpieza más frecuente, ya que con el movimiento constante de huéspedes es inevitable que el piso se ensucie rápido. Aun así, la estancia fue cómoda y práctica para recorrer Sídney.

Hanya 7 menit ke central Station. Di depan, ada Metro woolies. Ke manapun dekat.
Lantai dapur basah. Karena kran air tempat cuci peralatan dapur rusak. Jadi air ke mana-mana. Mau cari kenyamanan, malah harus ngepel pula.
Pintu kaca depan kamar, tidak kedap suara. Tengah malam ada yang teriak-teriak, ketawa-ketawa, sangat mengganggu kenyamanan tidur.
Kenyamanan sedikit terganggu, ada proyek bangunan di seberang. Jadi tidak bisa istirahat lebih siang.

Guy next door trying to get in at same time as me He had not received a code for access. We spent 30 mins trying to get him in and failing. He ended up sleeping at airport. Phone number for emergency after hours support rang out so no support there. I replied to texts I received containing my access codes. I got response from this and liaised with this person on behalf of my neighbour. New emails sent etc. but by this time he had given up. I'm not aware of cause or blame but the facts are as stated above. I note that the access codes sent to me are embedded in very long texts and easily missed. This process could be improved. However for me the price was good and near central also good for my plans.
