Maybe just the price. But everything is expensive nowadays especially Sydney

The location was perfect for us as we were catching a country train from Central Station at 7.30am
Close proximity to Chinatown and the markets was great.
The bathroom facilities on level 3 were closed on the night we were there. As both my husband and I needed to go to the bathroom through the night it was inconvenient to have to take the lift to another floor.
The bed was a little firm for us and I noticed hair in between the sheets which was not ideal.

The location is great, dorms were pretty spacious, facilities were good and staff friendly.
I booked an 8-bed mixed dorm and my room most of the time was seven men and me. I understand that it is a mixed dorm, but I would have been far more comfortable if at least one other woman was in the room. Room assignments should be better thought out.

- Service from front desk staff; acted very quickly with loud guests on the floor at 2am.
- Good Value for money.
I am older but for a younger person travelling looking to meet people, this hostel would be fantastic.
-No windows to open in rooms - Aircon sometimes on far to high
-Loud guests very late made it difficult to sleep
-One girl ate chinese food in the room which stunk out my initial dorm but staff were fantastic upgrading me to a smaller dorm straight away.
-Very long wait for the lift!
