There is no breakfast included. It is not that type of accommodation.
It is one bedroom. It had a window for fresh air which has security so you can leave the window open even if you go out. I was on the ground floor, first room in the door on the right. It is a shared bathroom, shared kitchen type of booking. You want breakfast? Buy what you want in one of the many 24hr convenience stores around the corner and cook it yourself, all the cooking utensils and heat options are there. Stove, microwave and utensils. It has shared everything. Toilet,Shower, Hairdryer, Kitchen,Fridge, Washer and Dryer.
It is one of many in an older style terrace house setting.
Keyless entry! You book, the company send you the front door codes to the dwelling, another door code for your room. Nothing fancy, nothing complicated.
If you are looking for the top of town Hilton type of accommodation experience, you are in the wrong place.
This is what I have explained - No frills accommodation that gives you a comfortable peaceful place to rest your head after doing whatever you are doing in Old Sydney Town. If you are partial to a drink the Broadway Pub which has everything you need, Multiple Big Screen TV’s, Cooked Food and everything and anything you want to drink 1minute around the corner.

Not much. I knew what sort of accommodation it was and had no visions of grandeur.
You could maybe put a couple of table and chairs or a bit bigger outdoor setting out front to sit at to have a breakfast or maybe a coffee rather than eating in the room.

The shower room does not have a hinge to place the showering stuffs. Then, it is sometimes uncomfortable to shower.
