Friendly and helpful staff, I was allowed to store my luggage there while I went to do an overnight stay in the Blue mountains, fresh towels provided daily, free shower gel and shampoo provided upon request, good location in the CBD, hostel was quiet and cozy, bathrooms were very clean.

Nice and private having a pod. Bathrooms close by, not busy. Close to good food and the trains.
The lockers were a little small so they didn't fit my big suitcase. The top bunk is not closed in from the room light, however there's not much light at night so using an eye mask would solve this problem.

Easily accessible to the city area. The beds are comfortable enough for a one to two-day stay. The rooms are warm, and the air conditioning is not adjustable. Would need more clean showers and toilets, though
