Not Very Good

The front desk staff was quite nice, and convenient location to Thai town and World Square, just down the road from Surry Hills.

The bathroom/shower room, was uncomfortable. The rooms were quite dark and dingy. The bed wasn’t very comfortable.

Good for a short stay, clean, comfortable and convenient.

It was clean and comfortable and surprisingly quiet. The bed was really comfortable, the shared facilities like bathroom and kitchen area were very clean and modern and well maintained. The other guests were very respectful. The staff were great.

There was limited airflow in the rooms. The height of the pod (I was on an upper pod) was awkward, and difficult to get up and down the ladder and on and off the bed with the spacing of the rungs. I would have preferred a narrower mattress and more personal space in the pod. The storage was OK but limited which meant some people in my pod room left their large suitcases in difficult places near the door that got in the way of entry and exit.

It’s not so convenient coz you need to ask the staff to give you shampoo, body gel and hair dryer.

Safe, friendly, great location and value for money

Located close to Central Station, friendly staff member and check in and check out simple. Clean and female only for this time period. Bed was comfortable and private, shared facilities clean and manageable.

One shower head not the best, no pressure maybe. Climbing up to top bed maybe next time I’d request bottom bed

Great Sydney trip!

The hostel is super clean and the pods are really nice and private with enough room, staff are really friendly and helpful as well.

It’s not the most social hostel if that’s what you’re looking for!

Lots of privacy with the pods, and a curtain to pull across. Kitchen was clean and tidy, as were the showers.

Reception closes at 11 so make sure to let them know if you're arriving late :)

Disappointing

overall a good location , bin there to have a look and try to speak with somebody of the reception

be unsatisfied while I loose my flight , I wrote the structure but no response at all. ok that I need to pay in any case but at least after a message would be nice and professional to receive a message or an answer. unprofessional

Good value and super comfortable stay

The bed is very spacious, comfy and high privacy. Staff are very nice and helpful too

Everything is very good, or maybe can left at least one of the stove and table for people to use while cleaning.

Very convenient, comfy and clean

The location is a gem. World Square is just across the street. The place is clean and comfy. The staff is super helpful. I came checkin late as the flight changed, but had no issue at all.

Wish there are more sinks and shower room.

In heart of Sydney

Fantastic location with great service hospitality on arrival and throughout the stay. Facilities were very clean and bed was comfy. The hostel is just 10min walk from the main central station and close to chinatown and other food options.

My locker was filled with another long term guests food pantry so I didnt get to use that as a sense of security but as I was only staying 1 one I wasnt too bothered as I kept my belongings in my bed pod area.

Staff super friendly. Very clean. Liked that they provided towels.

Location - I did not realise this was above a club sadly. I would not have booked had I known, probably fine if you are a heavy sleeper.
