Loved the cosy room, the cleanliness and great breakfast with lovely staff to support!

還不賴

訂房附免費早餐雖然簡單但很好吃，位置離池袋東口很近走路5分鐘，樓下有一家咖啡廳及全家便利商店，附近有公園

房間很小行李只能半開，浴室水量太小

十分すぎる

部屋の内装、清潔感、食事、スタッフの応対、どこをとっても十分満足でした。出かけるときも毎回スタッフの方が挨拶をしてくれました。この値段でこの充実度はびっくりです。

強いてあげるなら、朝食のメニューの品数が少ないことですが、全部美味しかったので問題ないと思います。あと、これは仕方がないことですが、外に出る時は1度3階にあるフロントを通らないといけませんので、多少面倒と思う人もいるかもしれません。

たまたま、安く宿泊できただけなので次はないと思います。

味は好きな味ではなかったけど付いていてよかった。フロントに行かなくっていいのでカードキーなのはよかった。

バスルームの壁に汚れが多々あった。洗面台のオーバーフローが汚かった。蛇口の溝も汚かった。生理中で使用済みナプキンのゴミ回収されなかった。そのために自分がもっていた大きめのゴミ袋に入れ替えさせてもらいました。部屋のゴミは回収されたのになぜでしょうか？後、2.3日の清掃は良いと思うがせめて部屋のコップの交換はして欲しかったです。2日間同じのは衛生的に使いたくない。

Hotel location is fine. Roomcleaning only once dvery three days (but you get new towels every day). Staff is very friendly.

The room is very small and dark. The matras is hard and makes some noice. Breakfast is very basic.

Would love to come back

Had a super comfortable stay! Note that the beds are a little bit hard if thats a deal breaker for you but I have a bad back so it was perfect. Close to the station, note at Ikebukuro its best to take exit 34 or 35 towards Sunshine city to get here easily. Despite being so close to such a lively area, immediate area around the hotel was super quiet at night! On top of that there is a family mart on the ground floor

Convenient location at walking distance from Ikebukuro station, easy to find. The room had a shutter that made the room dark which was helpful to sleep well.

Check out time is early (10am) and no flexibility to extend it (they charge you 1000 yen per hour, and only able to extend 2 hours). Free breakfast is nice, but limited selection.

It worths staying here if you come to Tokyo.

Really convenient location. Excellent service and staffs that speaks English. Nice room and clean environment. The toilet with smart bidet offers really good experience.

It'd be better if the breakfast period can be extended!!

Perfect location only a 5 minute walk to Ikebukuro Station, very close to other amenities like a convenience store and post office. Taxi services also provided and there is a taxi stop near the hotel making it easy to move your heavy luggage from the hotel to the taxi.

The breakfast could have been better.

Great Location, Good Breakfast

Very convenient location to Ikebukuro and Higashi Ikebukuro stations, as well as very close to shopping areas around Ikebukuro. Breakfast was very good too! Check in and check out was very easy. This was my second time staying here and will likely stay here again if I need to be in Tokyo.

At one point I experienced a bad odor in my room, but it was just due to the water level in the toilet. Once the toilet was flushed and the water level returned to normal, the odor went away quickly. Not sure why it happened, but it happened twice when I was out during the day. A bit of an odd experience but not a huge issue because it was easily remedied.

Conveneient Stay, Great Location

Excellent location,very short walk to both Ikebukuro station and Higashi Ikebukuro station. I got in very early on an overnight bus and was able to check my luggage in at the front desk until check in. The front desk was also very helpful when I locked my key in my room. In addition, I was able to store my luggage at the front desk for almost a whole day when I checked out as my overnight bus was not leaving until the evening. I will definitely be staying at this hotel again when visiting Tokyo.
