Right across from the train station.

Excellent location 2mins walk from both underground and overground trains for easy travel. In the heart of local convenience stores, restaurants and takeaways so eating is very convenient.
Lovely high ceilings in the hotel room and quietly efficient AC. Massive double bed - I booked a Superior Double.
Launderette, drinks vending machine and microwave on 4th floor.
The hotel room and bathroom were very clean.
Check in and check out easy - had the option of desk, machine or check out via TV app.
Useful freebies on the first floor in case you forget to pack something like your toothbrush, toothpaste, hairbrush etc
The only thing I didn't like was the fact that the window faced the back of buildings with absolutely no views and it couldn't open. Sealed.

After much searching and indecision, I can categorically confirm that this was my best pick… hotel one a minute across the street from the station. Convenient location is a 10/10. Less crowded than Tokyo city but easy to access because transportation is a breeze. Easy access to malls, eateries, Daiso, etc.
The hotel is small and personal and very well maintained. The staff are personable….everything for our stay was provided… every lil essential item. Absolutely neat, clean and very comfortable. We booked a room for three adults… if you are a savvy packer…this will suit. Room was a lil small but we had smaller bags and made it work- just to sleep and shower. Loved our stay here!
Tiny bathroom space but functional

Good location and lots of free amenities, like face masks, bath salts, etc.
Beds were comfortable, room was clean, reception area was very nice, too.
For starters breakfast was just terrible, like so bad that even though we’d paid for it , we opted for not eating there on the second day.
Do not recommend paying for breakfast there, lots of options around.
Staff has very limited English.
Had issues with night supervisor when I paid to do laundry ( wash & dry) and it didn’t dry. He wanted me to pay more to dry the clothes and I put my foot down , all via translator, which made it that more stressful, in the end he took our clothes to dry in the hotel dryer .
When I picked it up in the morning half of our stuff was still damp, I decided to pay to dry a bit more in the paid machines to avoid more stress.
Room was tiny, like our luggage wouldn’t pass though the space between the bed and the wall. We had to lift it to be able to lay it on the couch.
Wouldn’t stay again.
