Easy self check in, walking distance to subway and JR Yamanote line, nearby the main area of Shinjuku and lots of eateries in the vicinity.
There's a delivery restaurant downstairs which means that delivery guys are sometimes hanging around and talking aloud until late and once we encountered cooking smells in the apartment after a day of sightseeing while we had the windows closed.

It had everything we needed for our stay.
Was in an area which wasn’t too busy but near enough enjoy the area.
The only small thing was I found the pillows slightly hard but that’s my personal preference so not a major complaint.

La camera era grande e pulito. Posizione ottima, nel cuore di Tokyo e vicinissima a diverse fermate della metro.
Nel bagno manca un lavandino. Una cosa veramente inconcepibile. Lavarsi la faccia ed i denti nel lavello della cucina non è il massimo.
nonostante la buona dimensione della camera gli spazi erano organizzati veramente male. Non c’era un tavolo e nemmeno una sedia. Non c’era un posto dove appoggiare la valigia o i vestiti. C’era solo un piccolo attaccapanni all’ingresso. Aggiustando queste cose la struttura può migliorare molto!
