Easy to check in & out. Clean room & bathroom, attached patio w/ table. Very comfortable stay for two people. Could be manageable for two couples. Also relatively close to two stations which made travel throughout Tokyo convenient.
Only complain would be that the laundry unit didn’t dry as expected, we may have been using the machine incorrectly but hanging clothes was a bit inconvenient.

The host was very friendly, the location is ok. There is microwave, small fridge and cooktop. Only a few minutes walk to subway station or supermarket.
The apartment was very old and dark. It looked completely different from the photos showed on booking website. It was very crowded-you can hardly walk to the balcony. The bathroom is outdated, no smart toilet. The anteroom near the lift at the ground floor was very stinky during those rainy days.
I feel bad not giving 9/10 because the host was very nice, but i have to be honest-the value for money wasn't great and the 8.4 review was misleading.

Our second time staying in this building. Excellent location - walking distance to shops, restaurants & bars. Also very close to buses/trains if you need to travel further away. The room is small and difficult to fit 2 suitcases however this is to be expected in Tokyo. The beds are extremely comfortable & the shower is quite spacious!
Be aware that there are 2 different rooms being displayed in the advertisement. We were expecting a nice scenic view as is shown in the first few photos however it turned out that we had a completely different room and our balcony was actually looking into another apartment building with no view (as shown in a photo close to the end of the slideshow). This did not affect our stay very much, just want to warn others of this!!

Great central location, nice & secure, loved the balcony view.
The bathroom was very mouldy & had someones hair in the bath. Sink above the toilet was also growing mould. Kitchen was dirty, crusty around the tap. Just didn't feel clean. A lot smaller than the photos look. We had 2 double beds jammed against each other, 1 bed is too small for 2 adults, very uncomfortable.
