Amazing amenities and friendly and helpful staff
very relaxing atmosphere and exuded luxury
Accidentally booked a smoking room and the smell was very strong but an accident on my part.
My grandmothers ring was left in the room after check out and when we returned later looking for it, it was no where to be seen. There is no other place the ring could be, i have photos of myself wearing the ring right before the hotel stay and then not in the morning at the hotel breakfast.
Staff were helpful in looking but sadly no luck, most likely it was taken. Additionally a bag of presents was ‘lost’ as well
Disappointing that things were taken as it ruined an otherwise wonderful stay
