The hotel room and amenities were wonderful. All the staff was very nice, and it was great to have a 24 hr front desk. The room was comfortable and looked exactly like the photos, but a little smaller than I was expecting. Overall, we were very happy with our stay.
It is a slight inconvenience that you have to leave your room key at the front desk when you leave for the day and retrieve it when you want to return. It discourages you from making midday stops at the hotel.

The staff went above and beyond, for example: I went out the front door, it was raining. By the time I turned around to go back to my for my raincoat. One of the staff members had run out to me with an umbrella. Small things but they all make a huge impression.

We had 2 rooms, one for a couple and the other for 2 adult sons. the bed was huge , the room was very big and the facilities we got in the room were the best. The toilet has an otomatic light for night. The manager named Mitsubishi was a good English speaker(it's not so common in Japan) and was very helpful, and you felt that he glad to help us. We were staying for 3 nights. Very close to the intersesting placeS in SHINJUKO AND STILL VERY QUIET/

Free drink in fridge, skin care available, nice tv to watch movies in bed. Short walk to shopping areas
Not many flash restaurants very close to the hotel. There is subway and another restaurant but thought there would be more stuff on the street
