Well equipped, with comfortable beds and pillows, a balcony and a good lift. Very clean. Quality bedlinen and towels. Excellent shower. Big washing machine (no tumble drier). Blackout curtains and air conditioning. Umbrellas much appreciated, also house shoes and plenty coat hangers. Narrow breakfast bar and 4 stools felt a little Spartan, but practical in the space. Comfortable, once we got used to the compact space. Quiet residential street, close to river Kanda, and an exquisite typical Japanese landscaped garden and nearby corner shop bakers/patisserie. Interesting area to walk through to appreciate Japanese low rise city living, enormous variety of dwellings all in close proximity to each other. Convenience stores and restaurants all within a short stroll, also coin operated laundry.
I would have liked a couple of comfortable chairs with backs, rather than just 4 standing stools at the breakfast bar. The sofas in each bedroom are comfortable, but very low.

Nice and clean
Not enough towels
No English instructions on how to use washing machine and when I messaged the staff as I wash d towels and couldn’t get them dry for help i didn’t receive a reply
Also bidet function in toilet didn’t work
