住宿地址非常方便，距離新大久保車站只有400公尺，走一下就可以到了。新大久保距離新宿、澀谷以及原宿這些觀光聖地都非常近，是個很方便的地方。房間乾淨，該有的東西都有。有兩間臥室，最多應該可以睡到五個人，非常適合家庭前來旅遊。
有一間房間雖然有窗簾，但是早上的時候太陽光還是會進到房間，可能會被亮醒。

I like that it is so close to the station and a lot of restaurant, convenient store around
I'm not sure why there is a wet towel in the laundry area and why there are towels in the closet which are hanging

1.位置於JR新大久保站附近 附近熱鬧 生活機能便利 餐廳、異國料理、藥妝、超商和超市應有盡有
另外坐一站即可抵達新宿 非常方便
2.有洗衣機、微波爐、冰箱、瓦斯爐、各式碗盤 杯子洗髮精沐浴乳、垃圾袋、衛生紙都有 雖然空間不大 但已經非常足夠 主臥室有一個很大的行李和衣服儲存空間 很適合家庭 好友出遊
3.床好睡 整潔 有兩房各一張雙人床 客廳還有沙發床
4.浴室 廁所乾淨 馬桶非免治 但不影響
5.管理員回訊息速度快 解決問題也快速
沒什麼不滿意 但提供幾件事情注意
1.鑰匙只有一把 對分頭行動的團體來說 要注意
2.浴室比較小 掛衣服浴巾的地方容易被水潑到
3.有其他遊客反應進屋非常冷 但是我覺得兩台暖氣開半小時左右 效果就非常好 反而會熱
4.次臥室比較昏暗 沒有大燈 只有床頭燈
5.新大久保地區 融合各國人士 夜晚00:00後在外要注意安全 但是 這幾天住下來覺得沒什麼問題
