Tokyo Plaza Hotel is a great budget-friendly hotel in perhaps one of the best locations in all of Tokyo. Cheap and cheerful, it's great value for money.
Opening up the entire city of Tokyo, it's a short two-minute stroll to the Shin-Ōkubo Station. Everything is practically on your doorstep, and just around the corner, there's a 24-hour Coin Laundry.

Loved the location. It is beside the 24hour Donki shop. A lot of foods and convenience store nearby and the train station is very near. I also liked that they clean our rooms everyday.

Decent, comfortable hotel. Great location. A few minutes walk from two rail stations - Shin Okubo and Okubo. About 20 minutes walk to Shinjuku. Loved the retro headboards and Japanese style toilet/bidet
Didn't dislike anything though there are steps from the street and I didn't notice whether or not there was a lift from street level. If there isn't, then disabled access may be a problem.
