Very good location, walking distance from the metro station, lots of shops, restaurants around. Nice to have an option of leaving your luggage in the other hotel in the chain. Good place when you travel for a Tokyo Marathon.

It was a ok size room. The location is not too far from a train station, so that's good. We were only there for one night, so couldn't really explore the area more. Also, they could store your luggages at their parent hotel if you arrived early until check-in.
We booked 2 rooms, but they gave us 3 rooms & they were all on different floors...a single bed on the 4th floor, a queen bed on the 3rd floor & 2 single bed on the 1st floor. We were a party of 5 & it was supposed to be a triple bed room + 2 single bed double room. They did have a luggage storage service, which was good if you arrived early before check-in time, but it was at their parent hotel, which is farther away from the actual hotel that we were staying in.
