It was cheap, clean, decently close to everything, and the staff were very friendly.
Rooms felt a little small, and there wasn't much in terms of amenities, but there is a 7 Eleven nearby so it didn't matter much.

The hotel was in a great location and offered excellent value for money — honestly one of the best parts of our stay. We could easily walk to Shinjuku very quickly, which made exploring Tokyo extremely convenient. As a first experience in Tokyo, it was really enjoyable overall.
On the downside, the shower was in a separate room from the toilet, which we already knew beforehand, but the toilet space itself was very small. The room could also have been a bit cleaner. However, compared to typical room sizes in Japan, the rest of the room felt quite satisfactory and comfortable.

Great location, plenty of space and very good price.
Noise from the neighboring room was audible, but staff were very helpful when we complained. The windows are leaking cold air

Basic suitable for one night short stay for 3 people. Room size is right for 3.
