We loved our stay here, it was very quiet and comfortable, sleeping on Futon beds was good. Perfect location, close to Shin Okubo station and places to shop and eat. Was able to store luggage prior to checking in.

I quite liked the quirkiness of sleeping on the floor and it was very close to the station to get around. I loved the area.
The bathroom was a bit grotty and smelt a bit fusty.
