Only stayed for one night so I didn't get to explore the nearby area as much. The amenities provided were sufficient, the view of the hotel room was really nice, and the staff worked efficiently during the check-in and check-out process. Love that the hotel stores luggage, has a scale and repackaging area.

Nice clean hotel, good room size, generally quiet at night. Amenities include a gym facility and washing machines guests can use. Staff were helpful, if not overly friendly but this varied based on who was at the desk at the time. There are grocery stores, pharmacies, convenience stores, cafes and restaurants in the area but perhaps the restaurants are not as nice as many travelers would prefer when compared with say Shibuya or central Shinjuku. Still we enjoyed some simple meals like rice bowls, noodles and good coffee within a few mins walk of the hotel. 25min walk to center of Shinjuku; 3min walk to Chuo-Sobu line and 10min walk to Yamanote line. Super convenient spot for metro transit. Was a good base of operations for exploring Tokyo.

The hotel was wonderful. Fantastic location and our room was perfect. Japanese style and western as well.
The front staff truly we out of their way to help our family. Were so kind, helpful, and very friendly
