Un hôtel bien situé et efficace.

La situation proche de la gare de Croydon, l'efficacité et la politesse du staff.

L'absence de tablette-bureau ou de table de nuit due à la petite taille de la chambre. L'exiguïté et l'inconfort de la salle de bain.

Last resort hotel.

Was concerned travelling alone. It wasnt too bad. Check in was quick and easy. Friendly check in staff.

Air con kept me awake, even tho it was switched off!! It kept kicking in during the night. Window let in lots of cold. Didn't not like having a light by the door. Was very very basic and small.

Should be called Tiny Hotel as not Easy to get into the rooms

The location was excellent, very handy for the station, and great shopping area.

The room, which was a twin, had 2. I can only describe them as camp bed size beds. There was a hanger on the wall ( no wardrobe, no shelves, no kettle to make a drink) the space was not even wide enough to open your suitcase and you had to take turns to move around the limited space if you wanted to go to the bathroom, which was the best thing in the room, but that had the tiniest sink I have ever tried to wash my hands in, it was an experience I shall never repeat or recommend anyone, unless desperate to stay here.

Room was basic as you would expect- can’t complain about this

I accidentally booked the incorrect date, which was the day after my stay. The lady at reception assured me that if I booked the night I arrive that she would be able to cancel my booking for the following night when her manager turns up. This never happened and when I tried to explain to customer service they told me that the booking was non refundable. This doesn’t explain why the lady on reception scammed me from my money.

Excellent location close to all of the facilities.

I was really impressed with Easy Hotel in East Croydon, it met all of my expectations, the room was comfortable and clean and tidy. The hotel is well situated near the train station and close to the facilities that I needed.

My only small criticism is that there was no soap/body wash or shampoo in the shower cubicle.

No windows and no air conditioning so was 27c in the room all night so was impossible to sleep. We asked staff many times If we could change rooms or sort out the problem, but nothing was done. Which we felt was unexceptable.
