The location and value were perfect. I wanted to experience the Yerevan where Armenians live and work and this was perfect. There were typical restaurants and stores nearby, and the rooms were spotless and comfortable, as were the toilets and showers. Staff Stella and Jakob were very friendly and helpful - went out of their way to help and answer all my questions. 5 stars for sure!! The price was just right too.

I also liked the property offering a free kitchen where you can use freely with cutlery, free coffee and tea.
Room is quite small, mattresses are a bit springy, pillows are too think and flat, airport is facing and blowing air to the beds. If you turn it on, it’s too cold. If you leave it off, it’s too hot in the room. Also, WiFi is very choppy.

这个地方是很靠近的好多有名的地方，交通很方便。 旁边有一个大商场，可以买好多好东西。 这个地方也有厨房可以用。Location is really good, staff are nice and the place is clean and tidy. There is a kitchen available for use. Overall for the price and location it would be difficult to find anything to complain about. There is a decent small supermarket within 2 minutes walk and a large market within 3 minutes walk. Very happy with my stay here. Price is good and have had no problems at all.
The only small thing I would change is the toilet overflow level, as someone who has done plumbing it’s a simple fix, but sometimes the toilet overflows and after you flush it trickles water into the bowl. To be fair to the property they did say they will get someone to look at it so I don’t expect it to be a future problem, but as I say it’s about the only thing I can fault them on

It was pretty close to everything you need. Stores, metro station, shops, cafe etc.
Very overpriced for what you get for. Old furniture, bathroom with broken shower holder, tv is not working, lack of amenities
