Amazing small local hotel driven by family . You feel there like at home . Owner welcomed us with Armenian coffee and hime made lemon cake. Breakfast was amazing - andcthe kindness of owners - hard to find proper words - I recommend it to everyone who is looking for stay in Yerevan.
Rooms are big , beds are comfortable , there is even swimming pool and veranda where you can chill after sightseeing

You will find it like your home. The staff are very friendly and they do whatever they can to make your stay comfortable. Rooms are super clean. People are super kind and for sure you will find here one of the attractions of Yerevan. It’s not just Hotel, it’s a place that a family has made it by love.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff members were polite, friendly, and always helpful throughout the stay.
The food was also very tasty, and the overall experience was excellent for the price paid. Definitely worth the money.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay.
Transportation to Yerevan is not very easy during the morning hours because of the heavy traffic.

modern and nice room, location (kinda far away from city, but it’s next to the bus station)
At night is kinda noisy,I have not that good experience with payment. It is written on the booking that it is possible to pay by card, but the owner does not want to accept it if you use Genius discounts. Because she already paid the discount for you (which is not our fault, because this cooperation with booking is choice of owner) and she would also pay a fee for paying by card. I had cash on my first visit, so I caved and paid in cash. On the last day of my stay, I had no more cash and would have to withdraw at an ATM, where I would have to pay the withdrawal fee. We were forced to deal with this over the phone where we were talked into going to pick up as she had already paid enough for us. It was very uncomfortable and inappropriate. I used this discount for all other accommodations and paying by card was not a problem. Unfortunately, I left my second visit to this hotel with the feeling that they were trying to rip me off.
I also felt the noise was a form of revenge from the owner as he eventually had to back down and let us pay by card. Persons were communicating loudly right outside our door. (No one else was accommodated here, only the staff). It may not have been intentional, but I had that feeling.
I gave the last review an 8/10. After this experience I would like to balance it overall and for that reason I give 6/10 to make the overall rating 7/10. The hotel is good, but the behavior of the owner was not fair to me. If you are careful about this and don't mind the occasional noise, then this place is fine. (the door is not tight at the bottom.)
