Very comfortable, location is perfect, just beside one a busy area, full of restaurants and small business. Like ten minutes walking to the old town and a little more to the marine.
The apartment was comfortable, clean and there’s a balcony with a nice view of the street.
Staff were polite and friendly.

The property was very central to the town with all the amenities for a great holiday. Close to the port. Reasonably close to the train station being a manageable short walk through a busy street with plenty of opportunity to stop for a drink or lunch. We arrived early for our entry to the property. We enjoyed the kitchen facilities and outdoor shaded area to eat breakfast, we bought provisions the evening before and kept them cool in the small refrigerator which was located in our room. Klaudia was very welcoming and helpful.
Only thing to mention was lack of space in the shower and nowhere to place soap, shampoo etc, within the shower area. The option of an extra pillow would have been good.

Sara the receptionist was lovely and helpful. Good location in La Spezia and to see Cinque de Terre
It was very noisy. Everytime someone flushed the toilet it the many levels above us we would hear the water come dowin the pipe in our room. There was no safe and the balcony was easy to break into. The fridge was so noisy we had to unplug it to go to sleep and it smelt.
