The pool and overall look of the hotel was beautiful. It was charming and loved how it felt so tropical. It was also a minute to the beach, which was beautiful.

The apartment was absolutely beautiful, and the rooms were exceptionally clean. The staff were incredibly attentive, kind, and welcoming throughout our stay.
A special mention to Juan, who was extremely helpful, kind, and always happy to assist. His kindness and professionalism really made a difference.
We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this place!

Great large apartment with everything we needed

It was clean and nice room.
The location is not really where it says it is, but 5 minutes away, a bit in the middle of nowhere so you need to walk around quite some time to reach the center or the beach. Breakfast is far from good. Staff even a bit annoyed with the fact we are there as guests. Holbox is offering a lot, but maybe skip this place.
