The property was beautiful and the bed was really comfortable. It’s right on the beach and we swam every day. I have to say, the staff are incredible and so helpful. They made us feel very welcome.
Not a lot tbh. The food was good but not amazing. There’s much better to be had in the Centro.
It’s a short taxi ride to the Centro from the hotel and taxis are very frequent.

Desde la llegada al hotel el personal nos recibio con una amabilidad increible. El trato de Paulina y Jessica fueron excelentes. Siempre con una sonrisa y una hermosa platica. En el restaurante y bar Angel y Kike ofreciendo el mejor servicio y una sonrisa al mismo tiempo. Aconsejandonos donde salir a comer y que visitar. De los mejores lugares que hemos visitado. Los atardeceres y las vistas en la locacion fueron magicos. La comida wow un sabor y presentacion increible. Mi hija tiene alergia al pescado y otras mas y nos ofreciero alternativas para ella, haciendo su experiencia placentera y disfrutando su comida. Lo mejor de Holbox !

I got nice view from the room, the beach is right there. They have a jacuzzi on the roof too which is pretty cool.
The floor is cement in rooms. You come in and it smells like construction. We got bedbugs in our bed and switched rooms cuz of that. The linens and towels were stained as well!! Unacceptable for me.
The staff was helpful tho. I also didn’t like that they have a policy of not bringing food or drinks on the premises and most ridiculously- you can’t have trash that’s from outside, let’s say I bought candy from a store and I can’t toss the packaging in my room even. Has to be done outside of the hotel. I’ve never seen that before. I would understand maybe if it was all inclusive but it was not. Breakfast only and there was one option every day…
