The friendly and helpfull staff. Room was spacious and clean. From city center only few minutes walk.

The hotel was excellent - spotlessly clean, beautifully designed and very comfortable. The location was great and the breakfasts were delicious. All the staff were wonderful; they were knowledgeable and helpful - nothing was too much trouble. We would highly recommend the Hotel Casa Lumini
The only thing that we missed was a communal lounge or outside space, where you could sit and maybe chat to other residents.

nice, cozy hotel with very friendly and helpful staff
sadly the breakfast was disappointing… there are the same 3 options every day and mostly egg dishes. The fruit was cut in slices so thin you could almost see through them. The portions were not very filling either. The service was very friendly though.

- the staff members were all very friendly and professional
- lack of in room amenities and standard items (microwave, glasses, iron/ironing board, enough hangers)
- you have to sacrifice your privacy if you want to have your windows open
- the free breakfast was rather bland/limited
- beds were well above average in firmness
