Comfortable rooms. Nice balcony. Very close to beach - but unfortunately there was a LOT of garbage being washed up. The hotel’s stretch was clean, but next door was not. There are also a lot of boats anchored further down, so long walks were not as pleasant because you had to hurdle over ropes.
Staff were amazing. Very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good but our friends who tried lunch and dinner there were not impressed, so we took their advice and ended up going to the hotel further down for dinners.
Great location with boats for quick and easy access to the Gili islands.
The dive centre was also good. Make sure to check equipment though. My fins were cracked and were scratching my feet. I didn’t really notice this until I was in the water. It’s good that they try to repair them (melted rubber?) but need to make sure their okay for actual use.
Okay place to stay, but I’d check out other places before staying here again.
Clothing/towel racks in room or balcony for wet swimsuits, etc.
Increase availability of masseuses - only 2 on site.

overall space plan, number of available activities, etc.
it looks like the property has seen its best times already. both room and bathroom had spots you can’t simply clean due to usage. hand wash did not work.
also a bit of chaos with breakfast and overall orders in restaurant
$$$$
