- Great staff (communication was a problem at times)
- location is good for snorkling just outside the hotel area. Also a lot of good restaurants close by
- Pooltable available for guests
- Pool looked good (never used it)
- Free water in the room
- Manager was really kind
- lots of mosquitos in the room. Got informed to keep all doors closed but didnt help since there are gaps in all the doors, AC unit and bathroom area. My wife got at least 10 bites, even though using repellent every day and night
- Didnt change the bathroom towels a single time in a week. They become kind of smelly with all the humidity
- No dairy free options for breakfast. Asked for coconut milk as alternative but couldnt be provided. Even though we could get it on other restaurants and for some drinks.
- Breakfast sizes were small. As a big man, I didnt get full a single time, unless ordering extra. Same on most places though

The room and surrounding area were clean . Good access to beach for snorkelling.
The food was very average , although the staff were polite and friendly the language barrier made communication difficult. The bathroom water was extremely salty . Considering the cost for accommodation investing some funds to update the furniture and get rid of the awful purple wall and mirror maniquins .

Delightful staff friendly and welcoming and the manageress was amazing and kind
Food was great too. I took a snorkelling trip arranged by Addi ( sorry if spelt wrong š) which was fantastic and saw lots of magnificent turtlesā¦if Iām lucky enough to return to Gili Air I would definitely stay here again

Room cleaned every day, good food and the manager and the crew were always smiling and available.
The room was acceptable, a part from the bathroom always full of mosquitos (I think it would be sufficient a net on windows). Old aircon, but it works. On the beach and on the pool: chairs, table and sunbeds worn out. No shadow on the beach. Personally, I think was expensive

Great location. 15 minute walk from the harbour. Good breakfast choices. Staff were friendly and very accommodating.
Resort was a lot more dated than the photos suggest. Air conditioning didnāt work properly and leaked all over belongings then started to spark resulting in having to change rooms due to feeling unsafe. WiFi wasnāt very good (was in a room near the back of the complex).

Room was a fine size and the inside/outside shower was great with perfect hot water. I was beside the pool which was very well maintained. Bed is suspended and is funky with lights underneath(like Star Wars!)
The lady Endang at Reception was very friendly and helpful and was a delight to talk to.

The location of this resort is vey good. Right next to the sea though not a swimming beach. But that is no a big issue as good beaches are within 10 minutes walk. Staff were friendly and tried their best to address issues as they arose. Breakfast was adequate if not spectacular.
Resort could do with some money being spent on decor etc - it gives the impression that it could be an excellent resort with some decorative upgrades. Lighting in room on arrival was very dim - though they did go out and buy some brighter bulbs on request!

Located in beach front, great location to watch beautiful sunrise. There is cinema, pool table, gym equipment, large pool and many more things that the reasons you want to stay there. Endang and the staff are courteous and helpful. The are always there whenever you need them to make sure that you have a comfortable stay. The bed suprising comfortable. Breakfast was excelence. I would definetely recommend this resort to others. Keep up the good work Endang and Team! Will definetely stay here again. Thanks everyone

Staff - truly exceptional and friendly.
The room - clean and comfy with some minor potential improvements (smell in the bathroom)
Pool was great, we sometimes felt like it was our private pool, because there were few guests in the resort.
Breakfast really better than expected. They have quite a good variety šš³š§āļø coffee very good! You can watch turtles swim in the sea while you eat.

BONUS: ATM right next to the resort, snorkeling equipment/quality bikes rent as well. There are guys who can arrange half day gili islands snorkeling tour, we bought one from Din and it was the best one so far! You should request to go to baby turtle spot in gili meno to see how they contribute to saving turtles population. It was included in our trip itinerary on the spot after Din (great guy to have business with!) saw how amazed I was with seeing turtles from a close up.

Very friendly helpful staff. They seemed to be there 24 hours a day to attend to our needs. They knew all our names and organised boats, bikes and were happy to help in any way.

just by the snorkeling area, manager were so amazing as well as the staff.
I knew that lots of people were commenting about mosquitoesā¦well, itās an island. just need to ask the staff for mosquitoes spray or get the mosquitoes lotion. Movie Nights everyday and can actually request for the latest movies.
That was actually the 4th time I stayed in that resort and Gili Air is the best place to chill especially for family with kids. Iām a single traveler and even myself love it there.
Wake up in the morning straight to the bar area and looking over to the sea with the views of Lombok and Mount Rinjani.
Love the swimming pool, Love the View, Love the surroundings, Love the staff and for sureā¦absolutely love the resortā¦I consider it as my 2nd home ā¤ļøā¤ļøā¤ļø

The staff - they are the most charming and helpful bunch of people. They have been without a smile on their faces. The breakfast is good and suits us. The live band is fantastic. The band boys are really good. The management staff are always with the guest and very helpful. We love them all.

Location was great, staff were trying hard but couldn't fix the problems despite asking multiple times for a solution. Our room was spacious and the garden was nice to relax in.
We had no hot water. The villa could not exclude mosquitos and despite the room being spacious, the storage for clothes etc could have been better. Garden is overgrown and the spa/massages needed to be booked a day in advance. Payment had to be cash, but was not warned of this and ATMs on island were not working on the day of check-out.

The staff were often drunk, the bathroom smelled badly, we didn't feel comfortable. They had a pool party while we were there, so we can't use the Pool (since we had a room next to the pool they offered us a room with more distance to get some sleep, which was good since the party was still ongoing during sunrise). Special characters were at the pool party, next to our room, it was loud the whole night because of the party, the value were so bad, we moved to a cheaper Homestay, which was quite better than this resort, i wouldn't recommend!

The staff are super helpful. The swimming pool is amazing. The location is very strategic. We were chilling on the beach in the morning then moved to the swimming pool in the afternoon. We did not feel like going anywhere else. It's also not so far from the harbor. Most importanly, this resort and all the staff are children friendly. They really care about the kids and my son felt safe around the adults there.
The property is rather dirty. If you remove the unused equipment around, I'm sure it will look much more beautiful. We stayed on second floor and during the night there were rats on the ceiling. It was very noisy and disturbing.

we booked on line and arrived to a free upgrade as our booked room was not available. lovely Bungalow with hot pool and day bed
it was a bit tired, COVID had knocked everywhere but there were signs of the place being tidied up. breakfast was a disaster, ordered 3 tinted and took 30 mins when we were 2 off 3 guests eating, with 3 people in the kitchen
