This was, without a doubt, the best stay we’ve ever had. 🤍
JAGO is absolutely beautiful, peaceful, incredibly clean and every little detail makes the place feel special. BUT what truly made our stay unforgettable were the people who work here.
We stayed at JAGO during our honeymoon, and the entire team went above and beyond to make this part of our trip so special. Everyone was genuinely kind, warm, helpful and always smiling. We never felt like we were simply guests at a hotel — they made us feel so welcome and cared for from the moment we arrived.
The place itself is stunning, but it’s the people who give JAGO its soul. They turned our honeymoon on Gili Air into one of the most beautiful memories of our entire trip, and we will always remember them for that.
Thank you to the whole JAGO team for everything. You made our stay more special than you probably even realize. 🤍
If we ever come back to Gili Air, there is absolutely no question where we’ll stay.

Food is also really good for breakfast
I think it is an hôtel that already have maybe 10 years and would be nice to have some kind of upgrade to rooms and overall
Otherwise it is super nice and close to everything
One thing is that you can hear the mosquées … i think we were very close to it

Has all you need in order have a good stay on Gili
There is a trash issue on the island and some people are burning it. The smoke smell would sometimes come into the bathroom
