Fabulous stay - lovely small hotel, staff were superb and room very comfortable
Breakfast each morning was outstanding. We also ate one evening in the hotel restaurant which was very good.

Beautiful new boutique hotel , great location within walking distance of the harbour , staff are amazing and greet you off the boat to help with baggage ,
Laura and staff on reception desk were most friendly & helpful and I ways available if needed,
The breakfast was the best we have ever had with great healthy choices and attention to detail.
We stayed here for our wedding anniversary and it was just 🤩 perfect ,
Hotel has only 2 floors and on reflection we missed a balcony on our 2nd floor , but rooms with balconies & plunge pools are available on the lower level,

Very convenient location near the port but not too near so you felt like you were in an oasis of calm
Fantastic rooms with beautiful decor, great comfortable bed and nice showers
Wonderful food served at the bar, poolside or in the restaurant
Extremely friendly staff who went above and beyond
Great spa and massage facilities on site
Very helpful concierge service in advance of stay to arrange transfers from Bali and onto Lombok airport
The breakfast service was a little bit slow especially when we didn’t have much time before needing to checkout
There were some bizarre cocktail offers at the bar where you needed to buy 3 cocktails and get 1 free all in one go and this had to be per person (you could not share the cocktails with anyone else). I would recommend just removing all drinks offers as they were far too confusing to understand and impossible to use!
