It’s quiet, clean, close to the beach and the better part of the island.
The room was clean and had enough room. The secret terrace was nice.
Staff was friendly, helpful and respectful to us.
Price/quality isn’t worth it. For €100 a night, you expect in Indonesia they live up to European/western standards.
Out of our 3 days, the pool was under maintenance since halfway our second day. Shower/water wasn’t always available, which also means toilet could not flush. Breakfast was limited, you had to pay extra for an egg on an avocado sandwich, I mean… for €100 a night with breakfast included, you could add an egg… as well for a coffee if you would want almond milk. Breakfast was also basic, but again, it was included but better outside the villa.
The boys who are around as staff are kind and helpful, but need an eye on, which was not… they were flirting with other girls, busy getting their hair ready in the mirror in stead of getting cutlery for our breakfast. Laundry would be done within 24h, 26h later we asked and okay, within 2 minutes we got our laundry, but we saw him leaving to get our laundry. They were a bit immature, they just needed a little bit of an eye on them 😉. Just a bit young and wild. Nothing really bad.
We were better served in a family guest house in Tetebatu for €40 a night with WiFi and hot water.

Very well located, in the center of the island, room is very clean , spacious, and it smells great , the best part of everything about this accommodation was the staff , especially Lotfi and his cat Coco they made our stay memorable ! I wish him all the best with his two colleagues

We hadden een geweldige, gastvrije onvangst van de eigenares, ze hielp ons meteen met de nodige uitleg over het eiland. De accomodatie is prachtig en past perfect in het paradijs dat Gili Air is. Het onbijt was zeer lekker.
