The staff were all friendly and warm, the rooms were beautiful, the outside bathroom was perfectly equipped, they’d thought of everything and even provided a sarong and sun hat to use during our stay. It was incredibly comfortable and clean and the location was just perfect. This is one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had in years!

Lovely room, comfy beds, very welcoming feel, cool outside bathroom, ceiling fan as well as AC, staff were friendly.
Bathroom door was stiff. Because they’re huts, the walls are like paper and you can hear everything.

Staff : amazing, smiley and very helpful!
Clean, well organized and comfortable.
One of the best places that we stayed during our journey at Lombok.
Owner : Wierd French lady (I speak French also). Heard her scream on the staff few time. Felt like a trash foreigner taking advantage of people.
Maybe a little expensive but over all happy with what we had.

Cute little property. Nice little touches all around. Most staff members lovely especially the lady’s in the kitchen.
Our room was very small for 3 people. We were there for 5 nights. We also did not know that electric scooters were not allowed. We kind of were told off by a staff member that we brought to the property. They also couldn’t tell us the reason for it. I feel a bit disappointed with the experience at Gili Matiki. Communication could have been better from the start.
