Fin sovesal, hvor man ligger ret tæt. Smukt ophold med lækker pool og udemærket morgenmad.

God lokation, lækker pool og smukke omgivelser

Jeg havde håbet på at møde flere unge mennesker ved at bo på hostel - men det var primært familier som boede der.

Celkem fajn, ale na ostrově najdete lepší. :)

Krásný bazén, zajímavé houpací postele, hodně místa k odpočinku.

Je tam “divný vibe”, je to hodně anonymní, míchají se tam sólo cestovatelé s rodinami s dětmi (bungalovy) a páry. Personál v restauraci mi byl nesympatický, necítila jsem se tam dobře. Navíc jídlo není nic moc a je předražené.

Great value of money with lovely beach , room and staff

What a place it is , origanally we planned to stay in Gili for 4 nights but we liked the stay here so much that we stay another 4 nights in total 8 nights. Lovely staff nice selection of food . Right beside the beach take my word the best beach in Gili is in front of Caption Coconut.

Bed nets could be better. Lil bit more choices in breakfast .

Fantastic stay in Gili Air!

The setting and surrounding are beyond beautiful. It's perfect place to chill and have a swim after a day of snorkeling or simply taking it easy. The staff where also very helpful and welcoming. They also helped us with hiring bikes for our stay. They have varied breakfast options and also serve you a complimentary plate of fresh fruit with your breakfast. We styaed in a cute one bedroom bungalow, it was clean, comfortable, spacious. It's also equipped with an AC, a tank of water and a mini fridge too. The wifi was also really great here, and have a great co working space. They also offer lunch and serve some great cocktails!

The shower floor is made from wooden planks, which need a little updating in my opinion. Storage space for clothing and is a little limited. Some extra shelfs or racks would be useful both in the room and bathroom.

close to the beach, very friendly staff, nice two bedroom villa. we were in low season so there were no other guests. will probably be more vibrant during peak season

there was an issue with water so we’re not able to shower, also there was a vey intense smell every morning

The whole place is very nice, well maintained, clean and tidy. Super friendly and helpful, smiley staff, always greeting us. Cute, good sized bungalows with warm water! Comfy bed, nice pool area and very tasty breakfast.

Pretty setting, love that it's not bunk beds despite being a dormitory/hostel. Staff are friendly, too. Bed is relatively comfortable to sleep on.

Breakfast quality has dropped since my visit in early 2020. Portions are still huge but it wasn't as tasty and well-made as before. The individual fan by the bed was dusty. The bathrooms aren't very clean. There was a leaking sink and an out of order light that were not fixed after I notified the front desk. The dormitory bathrooms were not clean often enough, with used toilet paper often overflowing from the bins. The showers do not have a toiletry cubbie or hanging space for towels and clothes. The water in the showers was not hot at all. The ledges and floors in the shower rooms and toilets were always dusty. The standard of cleanliness has dropped since my last visit.

Very good

Fresh, organic and dairy free food options were wonderful. The smoothies were excellent. There were lots of other families there so our active group energy fit right in. The pool area had a nice big deck and the grounds were well kept with mature trees and flowers. The pool was a perfect temperature, cooling but not cold.

Some staff were very welcoming, others didn't give the same vibe.

Wouldn’t wish to stay anywhere else

Lovely place. Good food. Made special menu for our kids. Perfect location a little away from the beach. Decided to stay an extra night and the staff organized very well. Drinking water was provided for free.

Not many bad things to say about this place:-) The shower in the room was with a very little pressure so always used the outdoor shower by the pool.
