Property was central and staff were lovely and pleasant.
The cleaning staff in the morning is very loud and the trolley being pushed around disturbs sleep. I know the floors outside can’t be carpeted because of the layout of the hotel but perhaps management should look into silent trolleys or different flooring to minimize the noise. As well as staff to be cognizant of visitors still sleeping. There was a gentleman shouting and I think it was towards the staff, it was very off putting and when they stopped I could not get back to sleep.
Other than that, it was a comfortable stay.

I loved the very soft, clean bed sheets. The room was very big, generous balcony. The staff was very welcoming. The location—very central.
I didn't like that there was traffic noise because the apartment was facing the street. I didn't like the reception area. It looked like a cheap cafeteria and felt unwelcoming, with old doors.
