It was reasonably priced for a hotel in the Annecy area. The staff were really helpful and the room was clean.
The access hallway had a very strange smell, the room was also very small and the twin beds we’d specified were so close together they could have been a double!! Snug would be a good description of the room.

Friendly staff, large parking, close to the highway
Noisy AC - impossible to have a relaxed sleep and you need it on during winter as there are no other means of heating the room, uncomfortable bed and pillows, very small room which lacks places for storing your clothes, no hair dryer or other amenities in the bathroom, breakfast of limited variety, location in a remote industrial area far from any worth visiting places
