Good location as only staying on overnight stop due to long drive
The hotel charging system needs to be made clearer.
My bank account was debited twice once 2 weeks before arrival and then on departure. The reception staff said it could be a couple of days before I received a re credit for one of the payments
Seems strange that a large chain of hotels feels the need to do this when private owners just take money upfront a few days before arrival

Location: Perfectly located for what we wanted to explore in Annecy
Clean, breakfast was fantastic with lots of options to choose from. Dinner was reasonably prices and the entire atmosphere was vibrant and upbeat. We loved our room and enjoyed our stay at this hotel immensely.
Outside (in front) patio area could be done in a more tasteful manner. I found it to be not very inviting. Perhaps some more thoughts in transforming the space to be more user friendly and inviting.

The parking lot
The rooms are tiny. No place for luggage. The bathroom was smelling bad...they put a lot of perfume to cover the odor...a bad experience...
