Nous avons passé 5 jours de vacances dans cet hôtel au Mois d'Août 2026. Nous cherchions un endroit à mi-chemin entre les Aravis et Annecy pour combiner randonnées et baignades. L'endroit est idéal. L'hôtel est familial, nous nous sentions parfaitement à notre place. Les chambres sont spacieuses (pour une chambre d'hôtel) et aménagées avec soin. Le personnel est gentil et très attentionné. La ville de Thônes est également très agréable et authentique. Nous y retournerons sans hésitation et je suis prête à recommander cet endroit à mes proches.

The girl welcome desk was kind.
At the time of my reservation, the description of the ad did not match with the appartement I was assigned. It said "appartement with terrasse and view to the mountain." When we arrived, it was a room with no terrasse or window. I was not the only one with the same problem that day because a couple that did the check-in right before me had the exact same problem. The girl from welcome desk, after a while, could relocate my children and me. After a long trip, we just wanted to lay on the bed and rest, and that was not the case.
When we made the check-out, another girl of the welcome desk explained that: "there was a mistake on the description, and that happens."
No, that should not happen, period.
